OBJECTIVE
​
​At Sigma 7, we created contextualized, multilingual training solutions tailored to specific organizational goals and certification standards. I worked closely with senior designers and SMEs to ensure that our multimedia assets supported clear learning objectives, and I contributed to the development of off-the-shelf and custom learning content. While my primary focus was on visual and motion design, I gained a strong understanding of how design contributes to learner engagement and the effectiveness of training delivery across different formats and geographies.
STYLE & DIRECTION
To ensure the educational material was both engaging and effective, I applied core instructional design principles to guide the content structure and visual flow. A clean, modular digital template was used to support learner engagement and consistency across modules. Carefully selected stock video footage reinforced key concepts by illustrating the material in a direct and accessible way. To further support comprehension, I integrated custom infographics and iconography that clarified complex scientific ideas and made abstract information visually digestible.
OUTCOME
Digital training solutions are integrated into Articulate, where I built interactive components such as multiple-choice and true/false assessments. I also configured scoring logic so that learners who achieved a passing percentage would automatically receive a completion certificate. This helped ensure that the courseware met formal training standards and provided measurable outcomes for clients.
